Never overwater (or forget) again
Houseplants don't die from neglect so much as from guessing. You water everything on
the same day, the succulent rots while the fern dries out. This tracker gives each
plant its own schedule and does the counting for you: it knows how many days have
passed since the last watering and flags exactly which plants are due today.
Features
- A per-plant watering interval — every 2 days for basil, every 21 for a succulent
- Two clear sections: "Needs water" today versus "Scheduled" for later
- A "Water" button stamps today's date, resets the countdown, and moves the plant to Scheduled
- A count of how many plants need water right now
- Tracks where each plant lives, so you can water by room
- Care notes for light, soil, and quirks worth remembering
How the schedule works
- Add a plant with a realistic interval — check the soil, don't just guess.
- When the app says a plant needs water, water it and tap Water.
- Plants that aren't due yet show "water in N days," so you can plan ahead.
- Adjust the interval by season — most plants drink more in summer than winter.
