A list that's sorted like the store
The fastest grocery run is the one where you never double back. This list groups items
by aisle — produce, dairy, bakery, pantry — so you shop the store in order instead of
crisscrossing it. Check things off as you drop them in the cart, and the "to buy"
counter tells you how much is left without re-reading the whole list.
Features
- Items grouped by category, mirroring how a store is laid out
- Tap the checkbox to mark something bought — it gets crossed off, not deleted
- A live "to buy" count that ignores what's already in the cart
- Quantity on each item ("2 lb," "1 bunch") so you grab the right amount
- Filter to a single aisle when you're standing in it
- "Hide done" to collapse the list down to what's still missing
How to shop it
- Build the list at home, picking the category for each item as you add it.
- At the store, work top to bottom — the groups already follow the aisles.
- Check items off as they go in the cart; toggle Hide done to see what's left.
- Keep the list between trips — your regulars are already there for next time.
Customize after copying

store field if you split a run across two shops

- Add a
staple flag for things you buy every week
- Record a
brand or note for the specific product you want
- Add a
priority so must-haves stay visible even when you filter
